The fascination with small houses is gaining momentum around the world. In the USA, for example, it has always been customary to build large castle houses, but mortgages and "communal" eat up a lot of money. Therefore, many, tired of financial bondage, began to buy such houses.

It's hard to believe, but in the cozy houses of Chris Haining with an area of ​​​​only 18 square meters. meters has a living room, kitchen, comfortable bedroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi. Such houses are easy to transport, which means that you can easily settle in a new place in your lovingly equipped nest.

Chris lived in Japan for 20 years and was imbued with the art of the Japanese to rationally use living space, because they are used to living in very small houses. He wanted to transfer his experience to other countries.

The stylish living room has large windows with stunning views. The minimalistic Japanese style allows you to place a large number of things compactly and harmoniously. By the way, the sofa unfolds into a full-fledged "double bed", which means you can receive guests.

The space under the stairs is wisely used: there is a sink, a small refrigerator, an oven, cupboards, a kitchen table with a TV and even an electric fireplace. Under the steps are drawers for storage.

The kitchen has a lot of shelves and cabinets for everything you need. The Japanese style front door lets in a lot of light.

Simple noble forms of the interior give a feeling of lightness and spaciousness. The house does not look cluttered.

Near the kitchen there is a bathroom with a shower and a full-fledged jacuzzi bath (it goes into the wall niche on the right).

Opposite the bath is a sink with spacious stylish cabinets. In place of a large closet, according to the architect, if desired, you can install a washing machine. According to Japanese custom, the bathroom has a lot of wood, which makes it warmer and more comfortable.

On the second floor there is a comfortable bedroom, which has a spacious bed and storage systems.

The house can be transported: the roof and part of the walls can be easily disassembled, and the rest is placed in a large cargo trailer.

When you look at this tiny “hut” from the side, you can’t even believe that inside there is a stylish two-room apartment with all amenities.
