Trashion Fashion - dresses from recycled materials, improvised materials and garbage

I was inspired to write this article by my daughter, who on Valentine's Day had to prepare a dress from improvised materials for a school competition. We started to "shovel" the Internet ... and found out (!) that everything can go into business: shopping bags, plastic bags, newspapers, maps, labels, vegetable nets, tin cans and even rubber gloves and condoms!
So let's see what it looks like.
Probably the easiest option to implement at home is plastic bag dresses . Affordable and very fast!
Beer and soda cans Also, the keys to such cans can also be used.
Although, of course, skill to create such a dress will take much more.
Original dresses are obtained from rubber gloves . Of course, you can't call them junk material. But they look great!
The same goes for condom dresses . I doubt that people collect used ones. So the cost of such a "masterpiece" is very high!
A dress made of newspapers, cardboard and geographical maps looks very unique. But you have to try very hard so that in such a dress you can go somewhere further than the fitting room.
Toilet paper can also be used, but you should be very careful when “tailoring”.
Money dress. Jules Paons created such a dress out of money.. Money is not garbage of course.. but also very creative.. )
A dress made of balloons is, in my opinion, one of the most successful options with which you can perform at the competition and compete for first place. Some models, for example, from photo No. 1, can even be made from damaged and perforated balloons, so it will fit perfectly for the “garbage dresses” contest.
What else can be used to create a dress? Yes, everything that has nowhere else to attach - old umbrellas, disposable cups, CDs, washcloths, a garden hose, wire, firecrackers, hair ... By the way, it looks very terrible with hair 🙁
You can also make dresses from the most natural garbage - empty packages of washing powders, chips, pasta, M&M's. As far as I'm concerned, this is extreme. Although, perhaps, this is the condition of your competition - then go ahead!
