Let's learn chemistry! Naval battle on the periodic table.

Karin Tripp, a mother of four, loves chemistry and has always wanted to find a way to get her kids interested in the science. So she came up with a simple and elegant way to combine learning with play.

Karin arranged a naval battle right on the periodic table of Mendeleev. She printed 4 copies of the table, numbered each row of elements in the table and invited the children to place their ships on this field from 1 to 5 elements long, as in the classic game of naval combat.

And the exciting game of finding and blowing up enemy ships imperceptibly taught children all the elements of the periodic system. Brilliant!

“This game can be played even with children who do not know anything about the periodic table. My eight-year-old daughter has not yet studied chemistry, but she just loves this game, ”says Karin Tripp.
