Sitting on a swing, it is very pleasant to relieve fatigue and tension after a long day at work, read your favorite book or watch the sunset. Both children and adults love the swing! So why not spruce up your yard with a cute rocker to relax in and enjoy your morning coffee?

We offer you several dozen ideas on how to equip a swing in the country, an empty porch or in the courtyard. Most of them do not require expensive investments and a lot of time! So, look and choose.

1. Wooden swing

They confidently occupy a leading place - even the laziest dad can easily and quickly make them 🙂 An interesting solution with a skateboard! My child would love it for sure!

3. Tire swing

The third place on my list is deservedly occupied by homemade swings from tires: due to the waste of the material and the huge number of options for their manufacture - from simple swings on cables and chains to more complex models of cars and motorcycles.

4. A swing from an old chair looks very original.

Straight line solution. Although, it seems to me that it will be quite comfortable due to the fact that the chair used to serve the fifth point 🙂

5. Plastic fruit box

If you have a plastic box lying around at hand in which vegetables and fruits are transported, it can also be adapted as a swing. It is enough to attach ropes to it and fix them on a tree.

6. Vine swing

Great material for creating a cozy outdoor swing. Pillows, of course, will have to be constantly brought into the house, but it's worth it!

7. Swing beds

This idea is more suitable for those who like to lie around or take a nap in the fresh air. But it is advisable to place such a swing on a veranda protected from rain.

8. Pallet swing

Another affordable material that makes a good swing to the country. Easy to manufacture and undemanding to maintain.

9. Massive wooden swing

The owners of these swings took the issue more seriously, such stationary products take up much more space, but they can also easily withstand two adults.

10. Unusual homemade swing

As a basis for a swing, you can use the most unexpected things - a part of a car body or parts from an old lift. There is room for your imagination to unfold!
