How to get rid of mosquitoes - make a trap

There is a lot of discussion on the Web about how effective this method is and how bad the infernal mixture will stink.

Purely theoretically, the scheme should work, because mosquitoes react to the release of carbon dioxide by a person. But I haven't had a chance to test it myself yet. Our house is located near the road, so there are practically no mosquitoes.

For those who have a completely opposite situation or who came to rest for a week or two at sea, we advise you to apply the scheme proposed by the Chinese (judging by the hieroglyphs in the pictures) to catch annoying bloodsuckers.

In short, the idea is this: in the corner of the room is a bottle of a mixture that attracts mosquitoes and distracts them from you.

To do this, you need a balsanka, brown sugar, yeast, scissors, a thermometer.

We take an empty 2-liter balsan, cut it into 2 parts. Pour hot water into the bottom and dissolve brown sugar in it.

Cool the mixture to 40 degrees and add the yeast. Now carbon dioxide will begin to be released in the bottle.

We turn the top of the bottle over and insert it into the bottom, thus creating a trap for mosquitoes - it can fly in, but it's more difficult to fly out.

We wrap the bottle with black paper (mosquitoes are big fans of darkness).

We put the device in the corner of the room, rest without mosquitoes, remove the paper before leaving and see the result.

If you use this method at home, change the mixture every 2 weeks. Exhales.
