Alterations from forks and spoons

Do you have a heel of old spoons or forks at home that are embarrassing to serve the table? You can make fun holders, coasters or even decorations out of them.

Such creative gizmos can be a great gift or add a twist to your interior. In the West, even a whole trend in art has arisen, called fork art (literally - fork art).

So what can you do with old cutlery?

1. Repurpose them into doorknobs.

2. Make a photo frame or card holder. Although a photo can be inserted instead of a business card.

3. The most popular and simple - hangers and hooks.

4. Holders for napkins, salt shakers, pepper shakers, mobile phones, keys.

There are other options on the web. As you can see, not all of them are made from old forks, but simply made in the form of a fork 🙂

5. Jewelry

Some have gone further - they make real jewelry out of forks. True, only silver forks + handmade are taken as the basis, as a result, it’s even scary to voice the price of such jewelry. But you can see the photos 🙂

Such products are called Eco Friendly Jewelry, in the sense that materials are used that could become another waste. Although show me an idiot who would throw away a silver fork?
